Vancouver Realty Online would like to present our  ‘Westside Attached Stat Package‘, for the week of February 23rd – March 2nd.  New listing numbers remained relatively static, moving from 92 new attached listings to 79 on the Westside.  Sales figures spiked slightly as we continue to experience a resurgence in buyer activity, and are hoping to see a continued rise in sales volume over the next four weeks as price depreciation, and favorable financing options start to take hold.

This past week there were 161 new active attached listings in the Vancouver West Region with 79 falling in the Westside neighbourhoods. Please note if your neighbourhood is not included in the weekly list it indicates there were zero (0) new listings in your area for that period.

The 79 new active attached listings on the Westside were distributed as follows:

University (UL) : 11
Southlands (SL) : 1
South Cambie (SC) : 3
Shaughnessy (SH) : 1
Quilchena (QU) : 2
Oakridge (OA) : 3
Marpole (MR) : 6
Mount Pleasant (MP) : 5
Kitsilano (KT): 30
Kerrisdale (KE): 3
False Creek (FC) : 3
Fairview (FA) : 11

The Westisde neighbourhoods accounted for 79 : 161 or 49% of overall Vancouver West attached new listings from February 23rd – March 2nd.

This past week there were 76 sold attached listings in the Vancouver West Region with 38 falling in the Westside neighbourhoods. Please note if your neighbourhood is not included in the weekly list it indicates there were zero (0) sales in your area for that period.

The 38 sold listings on the Westside were distributed as follows:

S.W. Marine (SW) : 1
South Cambie (SC) : 1
Marpole (MR) : 2
Kitsilano (KT) : 11
Kerrisdale (KE) : 1
Fairview (FA) : 13
False Creek (FC) : 4
Cambie (CA) : 2

The Westside neighbourhoods accounted for 38 : 76 or 50% of overall Vancouver West attached solds from February 23rd – March 2nd.
